Fresh Sausage and Pancake Breakfast
St. Adalbert's Altar and Rosary Society & Holy Name Society are hosting a Fresh Sausage and Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at St. Adalbert's Hall. The breakfast will run from 8:30am  - 11:00am and takeouts are available.
Religious Education at St. Adalbert
Classes begin Sunday, September 24, 2017 after the 8:00 am mass. Registration is open to to children  in grades K - 8th grade. Registration forms can be found on the bulletin table. Any questions please call the parish office.
Holy Spirit Prayer Group: Meetings are held on the First Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  Please submit names of those suffering from serious illness who are homebound, in the hospital or in nursing homes to Gloria Handzelek 570-542-4460, Ann McElligott 570-864-2331or Mary Lou Zaleski 570-736-6336.  All members of Holy Spirit Parish are encouraged to pray for those whose names are on our Prayer List, to pray for Pope Francis and the healing of Holy Mother Church, and to attend our prayer meetings.  The Scribe is Barbara Yacuboski 570-542-7447 and the Prayer Group Leader is Paulette Monchack 570-542-7242
Eucharistic Adoration St. Martha's Church host Eucharistic Adoration every Tuesday after the 8:30 am Holy Mass until 9:00 pm. Assigned Eucharistic adorers and substitutes are needed for all hours. Please contact Rebecca Micca At 570-256-7329 to sign up for a specific hour or to be a substitiute.
 
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults ​(RCIA) is a process where you can experience the Catholic faith community. It is an oppurtunity for questions to be answered and for learning about the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church.  Are you: A person who has not been baptized and would like to learn more about the Catholic faith, with the possibility of becoming a Catholic? - A Baptized Christian of another denomination who would like to learn about and possibly join the Catholic Tradition? - A Baptized Roman Catholic who has not received Eucharist or Confirmation and would like to become a full participant in the life of the Church? - A Baptized Roman Cathoilic who has received Eucharist and Confirmation and would like to learn more about your faith and would like to become a full participant in the life of the Church?  The Christian Initiation process offers an enviroment of support and guidance as you discover how God is working in your life.
